Information you choose to provide

The estimate form collects your name, phone number, project ZIP code, remodeling interest, and, if you provide them, your email address and project description. We use these details to understand your request and support follow-up about your remodeling inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in the project description.

How information is stored

Submitted inquiries are stored in the landing page's project database hosted through Manus. The agency operating this landing page can access these records through the project database. Authorized project operators may share your inquiry with Hansen for remodeling follow-up. A notification containing your inquiry details is automatically sent to Hansen at diane@hansenrestoration.com through Resend, an email delivery service. The project stores notification status and retries pending sends when the application is running. If you provide an email address, it is used as the notification's Reply-To address so Hansen can respond directly to you. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails.

Advertising information

If your visit includes advertising or campaign parameters in the page address, the form may include those values with your inquiry so the page operator can understand which campaign generated a request. Contact details are not included in the page's conversion-event data. This page loads Google's Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. The tag may use cookies and process technical information, page visits and ad-click identifiers to measure advertising and support ad personalization according to the advertiser's Google account settings. This site's custom tracking events do not include your name, phone, email, ZIP code or project description. Google's data handling is described in its privacy policy. You can manage Google's advertising personalization through My Ad Center and manage cookies through your browser settings.

Customer review widget

This landing page embeds a customer review widget provided by Elfsight. Your browser contacts Elfsight to load and display the widget, which may involve technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page address. Elfsight manages the widget's storage and data handling under its own privacy policy. Inquiry-form contact details are not passed to the review widget by this landing page's code.

Contact preferences and requests

Submitting the form indicates that you agree to contact regarding this inquiry; it is not a subscription to unrelated marketing. You can ask about your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your contact permission by emailing diane@hansenrestoration.com or calling (330) 952-1520. The landing-page operator and Hansen will need to coordinate any request involving project database records.
